We pay out royalties on the 1st of the month by Paypal or the 15th of the month by check. Publisher earnings are made available for payout 15 days after date of sale for verified publishers and 30 days for unverified publishers. Checks are mailed from our US-based office on the 15th of the month. If you are in North America, please allow at least two weeks for delivery before inquiring about an undelivered check. Please contact us at accounting@roll20.net if you're experiencing issues with your payout.
If you have selected to be paid via PayPal and your total accrued royalties at the end of a month are less than the minimum payment amount you've selected under Publisher account and payment settings, then your royalties accrue forward to the next month.
If you have selected to be paid by check and your total accrued royalties at the end of a month are less than $100, then we accrue your royalties forward to the next month instead of processing a check.
