We have two forms of Publisher Agreements: Non-exclusive and Exclusive. The click-thru agreement text for each is listed below.
Non-exclusive Agreement
Earnings
- You set the prices customers pay for your titles.
- You will earn 65% of the price paid on download sales.
- You will earn 65% of the price paid less print cost on sales of titles with a print format.
- Sales tax and freight charges are not considered part of the price paid.
- No earnings accrue on sales resulting in consumer refunds, charge backs, or fraud.
- Earnings are computed in US dollars.
Payments
You may choose to be paid by US dollar check or by Paypal.
To prevent fraud, earnings made on sales by new, unverified publisher accounts will be held for 30 days before becoming available to be paid to you. Once verified earnings from sales in the past 15 days will be held before becoming available for payment.
We make payments on the 15th of each month based on sales available for payment at the end of the month (per the above payment hold times). If the total payment amount due is less than one-hundred dollars (US $100), then we may accrue the amount due to the following month's amount due instead of making payment.
Warranties
You represent and warrant to us that you have the right to enter into this agreement.
You indemnify us and will hold us harmless from any claims, suits, loss, and damages arising out of allegations of copyright or trademark infringement or libel arising out of our distribution and sale your titles.
Termination
You may terminate our right to sell the titles you’ve uploaded to us or change to non-exclusive agreement status after giving us a six (6) month notice period.
If you do not receive timely payment from us, then you can send us notice for non-payment which we have thirty days to correct or else you can terminate for non-payment at the end of the thirty day period.
By checking “I agree” below and setting-up your publisher account, you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by the terms above.
Exclusive Agreement
You grant us the exclusive right to resell your digital download format titles.
Earnings
- You set the prices customers pay for your titles.
- You will earn 70% of the price paid on download sales.
- You will earn 70% of the price paid less print cost on sales of titles with a print format.
- Sales tax and freight charges are not considered part of the price paid.
- No earnings accrue on sales resulting in consumer refunds, charge backs, or fraud.
- Earnings are computed in US dollars.
Payments
You may choose to be paid by US dollar check or by Paypal.
We make payment on the 15th of each month based on sales for the prior calendar month. If the total payment amount due is less than one-hundred dollars (US $100), then we may accrue the amount due to the following month's amount due instead of making payment.
