Copyright Infringement & DMCA

Copyright Registration

DriveThru does not require or handle copyright registration for your products, although we certainly encourage people to protect their rights. You can find more information about the copyright application process (for the U.S.) here. If there is any kind of copyright issue or infringement, then we prefer that be dealt with by the interested parties, and we will activate or deactivate products and provide documentation as needed.

Commonly Used Third-Party Licenses

If you are publishing a title under a third-party license, please ensure you've included the required attributions to your product PDF or description. A list of commonly referenced third-party licenses are provided below for your convenience:

Using Copyrighted or Trademarked Intellectual Property

All Partners on DriveThru sites must have the legal rights to use all content within their products. This may be through a Third-Party License, or a direct license with the intellectual property owner.

The use of copyright or trademark without permission is not allowed.

DriveThruRPG does not accept "Fan Content", free products that use the intellectual property of a third party.

Partner's found using copyright or trademarks without license may have their verification removed and/or publishing privileges suspended.
